The ChurchConnector services and network are owned and operated exclusively by ChurchConnector, Inc. (collectively "ChurchConnector", "we", "us", "our," "Site" or "the Company"). The ChurchConnector services are hosted in the United States of America. By voluntarily accessing and using the website, located at www.churchconnector.com or any pages within the domain (collectively the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these "Terms of Use" (or "Terms") and the "Privacy Policy." This shall apply to all persons using the site, registered members, those who are not registered members, and those voluntarily viewing content or using the site. We reserve the right to modify any or all portion of these Terms with or without prior notice. You can check the latest update of the terms by viewing the revision date at the top of the Terms. It is the user's responsibility to check for updated terms of use and review them. If the Terms are revised and updated, your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance to them and you agree to be bound by them.

Membership in ChurchConnector is void where prohibitied. Use of the Site by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. In order for an individual user to register, their church of affiliation must be a subscriber of the site. If you are not affiliated with a subscriber church of the Site, your use of the site is unauthorized and in violation of these terms. By using the Site you agree that you are at least 13 years of age and that you are accurately affiliated and registered up under the appropriate church. If you violate these terms, your individual account may be deleted.

In consideration of use of the site, you agree to (a) provide accurate information on the registration form (b) update outdated information (c) choose a secure password and maintain its security (d) are responsible for all authorized use or unauthorized misuse of your account. You also agree to accurately represent yourself by using your legal or common name and not to create a fake account. In the event of a breach of your account, you agree to promptly notify the Company.

You understand and agree not to use ChurchConnector to:

• Use the ChurchConnector service for any unlawful purpose or to conspire to violate laws.
• Misrepresent your identity as another person or misrepresent your age.
• Collect personal information about users of the site for the purpose of commercial gain or sending out mass junk emails.
• Upload, transmit, post, or share any content that may contain a virus or may be in violation of these terms.
• Upload content which you are not the owner of or do not have permission to upload.
• Use the ChurchConnector services in any way to harass, threaten, or abuse any other member of the site.
• Upload, post, transmit, or share any content which ChurchConnector may deem to be vulgar, threatening, unlawful, lewd, defamatory, racial or ethnically offensive, obscene, or potentially objectionable.
• Stalk or harass any member of the site.
• Add members to your Spiritual Network that you do not know.
• Solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
• Attempt to hack or use another registered member's account for any purpose or to hack the ChurchConnector site.
• Use ChurchConnector solely for personal, non-commercial use.

If you violate these terms, your individual account may be deleted.

All content on the Site and available through the Site, including designs, logos, text, graphics, pictures, video, music, sound and other files are all proprietary property of ChurchConnector, with all rights reserved. The exception is audio, video, and logos posted by a subscribing church, if it is their proprietary property or registered trademarks or copyrights of the church. No Site content may be copied, duplicated, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form, in whole or in part, without ChurchConnector's prior written consent. If you meet eligibility requirements, you are granted a limited license to print off a copy of any portion of the Site that you have properly received access to, if it is solely to be used for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyrights, service marks, trademarks, or any other proprietary symbols intact. You grant ChurchConnector the right to copy and duplicate all information, content, or data that you have provided to the Site electronically or by any other means.

ChurchConnector, Inc respects all property rights of others and mandates its members and those accessing the Site do the same. When you upload any content, you certify that you are the owner of the content and have the right to distribute it. ChurchConnector will remove any copyrighted content from the Site. If you are the owner of copyrighted material and you believe someone may have uploaded your protected property please notify us at, support@ChurchConnector.com. If you violate these terms, your individual account may be permanently deleted.

You are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of all digital media or all content on the Site. All digital media is only approved for you to use for personal, non-commercial gain. You may not transmit or share any content with any person, organization, or third party. Any use of the Site or digital content for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

ChurchConnector cares strongly about your personal privacy. By using and accessing the Site, you agree to have your personal data transferred and processed in the United States. To learn more about this topic and please read our Privacy Policy.

Registering for a user account on ChurchConnector is free. However, in order to be eligible to register your sponsoring church or church of affiliation must be a paying subscriber of the Site. If your church is not a subscriber, you can not register for use. Any registration by a person to a church in which they are not affiliated with will deem that person's account in violation of these terms, and may result in the deletion of that account.

ChurchConnector reserves the right to terminate member accounts, delete posted information, or prohibit use of the site for any reason, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notification if it believes you are in violation of any of these Terms. If a member of the site dies, upon verification, ChurchConnector may remove that users account or give the account memorial status for an unspecified amount of time.

You understand and agree that the service provided to you by ChurchConnector, Inc. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ChurchConnector does not assume any responsibility for communication or the non-delivery of communication between users, churches, or members of the site. ChurchConnector furthermore claims no responsibility for the accuracy of any communication between users, churches, or members of the site. ChurchConnector expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

ChurchConnector makes no warranty that the service will (i) the service or Site will meet your requirements (ii) the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. All media downloaded or obtained through the Site is done so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that may occur to your computer of access by the use of the Site. No other information, written or oral, obtained from ChurchConnector, Inc. or its affiliates shall create any warranty that is not expressly stated in these terms of use.

ChurchConnector has the right, but is not obligated to monitor content associated with any use of the Site. Since Site content may not be monitored, no content shall be guaranteed accurate. You may encounter information that is offensive or objectionable, if you feel such a way, you may report it to support@churchconnctor.com. ChurchConnector may investigate such content, but cannot and will not make any guarantees that it will be removed. In the event content is found to be objectionable or offensive for any reason ChurchConnector may deem so, disciplinary action may be taken against the user responsible for posting such content. Possible actions may include but are not limited to a warning, account suspension, removal of content, or termination of account. Under no circumstances shall ChurchConnector be liable in any way of any content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in content, loss or damage that may result from use of content or denial of access to Site.

YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT IN NO WAY CHURCHCONNECTOR, INC. SHALL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROFIT DAMAGES, DATA OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CHURHCCONNECTOR HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF SUCH DAMAGES). IF JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION ON THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY, IN NO WAY SHALL THE DAMAGES BE IN EXCESS OF $1OO USD. FURTHERMORE, CHURCHCONNECTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY, FOR ANY CAUSE THAT MAY ARISE DURING YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChurchConnector, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any loss or liability, including reasonable attorneys fees, from any use or misuse of the Site, any portion of the Terms, or any other action brought by a user, registered church, or any third party.

In the event of any dispute or claims and in consideration of use of the Site, you agree to resolve the dispute under the laws of the State of Nebraska. This applies to any dispute that may arise by or from any party between Company and any of its affiliates. You agree not to pursue any legal prosecution or discourse in any other legal avenue or courts other than those of the State of Nebraska.
